Dance Holidays is a trading name of Creative – PeopleDancePlaces, owned and run by Sophie Nuzel, London, United Kingdom. We are committed to safeguarding your personal information and have developed the following Privacy Policy to deal with issues which may concern you. Please read the Privacy Policy to understand how your personal information will be treated. This policy may change from time to time so please check it periodically.

2. Personal Information
The details which you provide about yourself and any information which identifies you such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, country of residence and credit and debit card details ("Personal Information") will only be retained by us if you provide this information when using one of our services, such as registering your details, booking a course, correspondence, subscribing to one of our email lists or when purchasing goods or services.

Personal Information will be held on our system and used for operational purposes such as the processing of bookings and orders and for email / mailing lists. In order to process a transaction, your Personal Information and card details will be passed to third party secure payment service providers.

The Personal Information you supply when you join one of our e-mail lists will be used by Dance Holidays to keep you up-to-date with events and activities produced by Creative – PeopleDancePlaces. Unless otherwise agreed, Dance Holidays will not pass on your personal information to third party organisations. Each e-mail we send you offers the means to unsubscribe from our mailing lists.
